Further more, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ①have Grade A B C D of level of interest in "Manufacturing" in Kyusyu・Okinawa・Chuugoku area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027. ②have Grade A B C D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kyusyu・Okinawa・Chuugoku area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027.
