Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shizunari Bouno, Director, General Affairs Department, National Hospital Organization Headquarters ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Multi-slice Computed Tomography System 13 sets ② Magnetic Resonance Imaging System 6 sets ③ Serial Angiographic System 10 sets ④ Gamma Camera System 12 sets ⑤ High Radiationtherapy System 2 sets ⑥ X-ray fluoroscope Radiography System 19 sets ⑦ X-ray generator System 13 sets ⑧ Flat-panel detector System 9 sets ⑨ Digital X rays equipment to mammography 4 sets ⑩ Mobile X-ray Surgical Imaging System 22 sets (including maintenance services) ⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender documentation ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization,Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety, Japan Community Health care Organization, Japanese Red Cross Society, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry and Japan Institute for Health Security 90 hospitals ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in all area ; ④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ; ⑤ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, September 8, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Yoshinori Takiguchi, Chief Clerk, Supply Division, Support Department, National Hospital Organization Headquarters, 2-5-21 Higashigaoka Meguro-ku Tokyo 152-8621, Japan.
