⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KAKISHITA Yoshihiro Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 17 ⑶ Quantity of the products to be purchased : Replacement purchase of three lighting car ⑷ Delivery period : 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : as in the bid manual ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A, B, C or D on "sale of product" in Kyusyu・Okinawa Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026 and 2027 ③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not have applied individually its members, if applying as a business cooperative ⑤ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau from time limit for the tender to Bid Opening ⑥ not be the person that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑦ be the person who obtained the bid manual from the person of ordering directly ⑧ be the person who proved that there is a performance in the bid manual ⑨ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid aftersales service and maintenance for the products concerned ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 17 : 00 16 September, 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 10 October, 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : SAKAI Yukiko, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Kyusyu Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 2-10-7, Hakataekihigashi, Hakataku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, 812-0013, Japan TEL 092-476-3509 ex. 2539 |
