Summay of notice	⑴ The Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yuichiro Morita, Warden of the Nagoya Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Purchase subject and quantity : third quarter of 2025 Nagoya Prison A Unit price contract for heavy oil 224,000 liters and white kerosene 19,000 liters. ⑷ Delivery period : The period will be specified later. ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade B or above in "Sale of products" in Tokaihokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. In the case of white kerosene only, a person who has a qualification rated as D or above is acceptable. ④Meet the requirements qualification which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 13 : 30 25 September 2025 (Tenders submitted by mail : 17 : 00 24 September 2025) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kenta Teramoto, Supplies Section, Nagoya Prison, 1-1 Hibarigaoka Miyoshi city Aichi Prefecture, 470-0208, Japan.
