⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 December, 2025 through 30 November, 2026
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Do not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② Have Grade A, B, C or D on "sale of product" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ Do not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑤ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑥ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system

⑦ Obtain registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2, of the Electricity Business Act
⑧ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO and environmental impact

⑻ Time-limit for tender : 14 : 00 23 October, 2025
