These qualifications are specified in tender by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (single qualification for every ministry and agency), in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. In the case of a foreign corporation that does not have a registered branch office in Japan, disclosure of its financial condition etc that ensure the feasibility of this service are substituted. ③ For other requirements for participation, refer to the explanatory materials.
