② have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacture of product (Electrical and telecommunications equipment)" or "Sale of product (Electrical and telecommunications equipment)" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system

⑤ not be the Business Operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned

・Person who received from the orderer by CD-R or mail
⑦ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned or similar products
⑧ other details, by the tender documentation
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 8 August, 2025
