⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Radiation image management systems and system maintenance commissions for 7 years
⑷ Delivery period : as in the specification documentation

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of products" and "Offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tohoku Region, Kantou-Koushinetsu Region, Tokai-Hokuriku Region, Sikoku Region and Kyushu-Okinawa Region ;
② not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
③ not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;
④ In the case of participating in bidding through an alliance, all prospective contracting parties must satisfy ① to ③ above, but regarding ①, eligibility for competitive participation in the target region is also required. Duplicate participation due to such activities will not be permitted ;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 July 22, 2025
