Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KIMOTO Masahide, President, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : National Institute for Environmental Studies Installation of electricity consumption measuring equipment and data acquisition ⑷ Fulfillment period : As described in the specification ⑸ Fulfillment place : As described in the specification ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① have Grade A, B, C or D "Service" (Service of kinds of "Information processing", "building management and maintenance" or "Investigation/research") in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders specified by Single qualification for every ministry and agency (in fiscal year 2025-2027). ② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
