Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : KONDO Akihiro, Director of the Department of Contract, Japan Science and Technology Agency ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Introduction of next J-GLOBAL server and network equipment ; 1 Set ⑷ Implementation period : 5 September, 2025 to 26 December, 2025 ⑸ Implementation place : described in the specification ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Tenderers shall be those who ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③have the Grade A, B or C qualified for participating in tenders for the "sales of product" by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④not be currently under suspension of nomination by JST ⑺ Obligations of tenders : ①The tenders must prepare written proposals based on the specifications shown in the letter of explanations and submit by 12 : 00 PM 31 July, 2025 ②The tenders must respond to the relevant questions made by the officer in charge of contracts ; and ③JST shall conduct inspections of the said proposals. ④Please be noted that if it is indicated that environmental conditions relating to the procurement are laid down in its tender documents. ⑻ Time limit of tender : 12 : 00 PM 31 July, 2025 (tenders submitted by mail 12 : 00 PM 31 July, 2025) ⑼ Contact point for the notice : KUBOTA Keiko, Contract Division, Department of Contract, JST, 5-3, Yonban-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8666 TEL 03-5214-7996
