② Electricity Supply Contract for Riot Police Unit Building of the Niigata Prefectural Police : Estimated Contract Power : 58kW Estimated Power Consumption : 275,490kWh

⑷ Delivery period : From October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026
⑸ Place to delivered : As described in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under curatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the required consent to conclude a contract may be applicable to cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ Be graded as A, B or C in "Manufacturing" or "Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by The Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ;
④ Not be suspended from transactions by a request of the official in charge of contract ;
⑤ Not have an exclusion request from the Japanese government as a business operator whose management is substantially influenced by a gangster and the state concerned still continues ;
⑥ Be registered as an Electricity Business Retailer in accordance with Article 2-2, paragraph ⑴ of the Electricity Business Act ; and
⑦ Meet the standards of the tender documentation from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
