Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every mini-stry and agency) in the Fiscal Year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificates : 5 : 00 P.M., 28 July, 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 A.M., 29 July, 2025 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M., 28 July, 2025) ⑼ This product allows the use of the electronic procurement system for bidding, etc. In addition, those who are unable to use the electronic procurement system may submit a written application to the order and submit a paper bid. ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Planning Unit, Second Silviculture and Forest Road Division, Hokkaido Regional Forest Office, 3-7-70 Miyanomori Chuoku Sapporo city Hokkaido 064-8537 Japan.
