Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors. Personunder Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget. Auditing and Accounting. ③Have it more than a C Grade in the textile industry in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by The Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2025/2026/2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤Suppliers who intend to put in abid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications registered on the list of qualified bidders and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 23 July 2025 (Tenders submitted by mail : 17 : 00 23 July 2025) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Tojo officer.
