⑸ Qualifications for Competition Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① The supplier does not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited"s regulation concerning the contract procedures (Regulation No.16 of 2005).
② Has successfully performed the designated operations in the past. (Conditions on supplier)
③ Has successfully performed the designated operations in the past. (Conditions on implementation supervisor scheduled for placement)
④ If the business implementation system is inappropriate, the company will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
⑤ Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
⑥ There shall have been no funding or personal relationships with those intending to participate in the bidding during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
⑹ Time limit to express interests : 4 : 00 P.M, 9 June, 2025
⑺ Time limit for the submission of proposals : 4 : 00 P.M, 12 August, 2025
⑻ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
