Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of contracts : Furuya Masato, Executive Vice President, The Japan Foundation ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the procurement : The arrangements for production of listening CDs to be used for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test in 2026, 2027, and 2028 ⑷ Delivery period : as shown in the tender documentation ⑸ Delivery place : as shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation"s Rules for the operation of Accounting ② have Grade A, B, or C classification in offering services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027 ③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation ④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year ⑤ have adequate experience () in providing services of arranging listening CDs for the language test "Adequate experience" refers to the experience within the past 10 years in creating CDs of listening questions for national examinations, university entrance examinations, official certification examinations, or other examinations, recognized as equivalent by the Japan Foundation, which have approximately 50,000 applicants per year. ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which may be specified in the tender documentation ⑺ Date and time for tender explanation meeting : 11 : 00 A.M. June 30, 2025 ⑻ Time limit of tender : 2 : 30 P.M. September 5, 2025 (When submitting the tender by post, the time limit is 3 : 00 P.M.
