Summary This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this service may submit bids in writing (hereinafter referred to as "paper bidding method") only with the approval of the ordering party. For information on the requirements to use the Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System, please check the "Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement Service Terms of Use." In case you have not completed the procedure to change your IC card after you changed your trade name, name, address, or representative, please participate in the bid by using the paper bidding method. If you use your IC card without completing the procedure to change it, your bid may be invalidated or your bid participation qualifications may be suspended. (1) Nature of the services to be procured: Lease, maintenance, operation support, and installation of the Gifu Prefecture Traffic Monitoring ITV System (i) Installation of the above-mentioned device (ii) Lease of the above-mentioned device (iii) Maintenance and operation support of the above-mentioned device and system (2) Contract fulfillment period: (i) To be completed by 28 February 2026 (ii) (iii) From 1 March 2026 through 28 February 2031 *This is a long-term contract based on Gifu Prefectural Ordinance Article II ? 1 that stipulates conditions for Gifu Prefectural long-term contracts and is subject to cancellation if the annual expenditure budget for subsequent fiscal years has been reduced or cancelled. (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 18 April 2025 through 12 May 2025 (excluding weekends and national holidays, and limited to the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m. 13 May 2025 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 10 June 2025. (5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders: (a) By electronic bidding system To be submitted from 9:00 a.m. 11 June 2025 to 5:00 p.m. 17 June 2025 (limited to the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture E-Procurement System) (b) By paper bidding method The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on 18 June 2025 at the Meeting Room (5F of the Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters Building). (Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 17 June 2025.)
