⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Drafting a Requirements Specification Document of marine plastic litter mapping database system (Atlas of Ocean Microplastic)
⑷ Fulfillment period : March, 23, 2026.
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause ;
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ Not be suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ;
④ Have Grade A, B or C "Service" (Service of kinds of "Information processing" or "Others") in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
⑤ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ;
⑥ Pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the bid manual
⑦ The others : As in the tender docu-mentation.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 4 : 00 PM, June, 2, 2025.
