⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act
③ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned for public facilities such as expressway, toll road, rairway, airport after 2019 fiscal year
④ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 7 April 2025
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 29 May 2025
⑼ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
