Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SUGAHARA Kiyoyuki, Director of the Financial Affairs Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 1 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Purchase of sake, shochu and awamori for the overseas establishments of Japan, 562 items. ⑷ Delivery period : From June 5, 2025 through March 31, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③have Grade A, B, C or D "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ⑺ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ⑻ Date and time of tender explanation meeting : 11 : 00 a.m. May 8, 2025 ⑼ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 noon May 16, 2025 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : SHIONO Yuya, Overseas Establishments Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2-2-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8919 Japan.
