Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : NAWATA Tadashi, Chief Operating Officer of Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Future internal Network Evaluation 1 set, Future internal Network Basic Design 1 set, Preparation of a Report on the Comparison and Selection of Network-related Equipment and Services 1 set, Planning for the Transition to the Future Internal Network 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : 180 days from the next day of the contract ⑸ Delivery place : Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. 2-18-19, Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company"s regulation concerning the contract procedures ② Have the evidence that ever supplied network design tasks for 40 million or more yen during the period from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2024 ③ Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification. ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document that described company career ・Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification ④ Submission of materials related to the system for information security necessary for the performance of this project, and confirmation that there will be no concerns about information security in the work. ⑤ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification. ⑥ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 9 May, 2025 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M.9 May, 2025) ⑻ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese. ⑼ Contact point for tender documentation : Contract Division, General Affairs and Corporate Strategy Department, Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. 2-18-19, Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya, 460-0003 Tel. 052- 222-1209
