⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27.
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenance for information disclosure system infrastructure of Imperial Household Agency 1 Set.
⑷ Contract Period : From After signing the contract to 31 January 2028.
⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Contracting Entity.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservator ship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A or B or C "offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (standardized qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2022, 2023 and 2024 or 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ Not be suspended from tenders by Imperial Household Agency.
⑺ Time limit for tender : by 17 : 00 30 May 2025.
