⑷ Delivery period : From 19 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026
⑸ Delivery place : Hamamatsu University School of Medicine Hospital
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 2 and 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Hamamatsu University School of Medicine Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have obtained the first-class license for selling drugs in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
E meet the qualification requirements which Executive Director may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Executive Director.
