Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Matsumoto Masayuki, Chief of Accounting Section, General Affairs Department, National Research Institute of Police Science. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Blast wave analyzing system ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for Participating in the tendering Procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
