⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the Consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have, according to the qualifications for Participation in Open Tendering Procedures of the Cabinet Office in 2022, 2023 and 2024 (all ministries and Government Offices" integrated Qualification), Grade-A, B or C qualification for "offers of services".
④ not be in the period of suspension from participating in tendering according to the procedures for Suspending Participation in Tendering for Products, etc. of the Cabinet office.
⑤ have submitted and received approval of the "Application for Confirmation of Qualification for Tender Participation" as per the Specification for Tenders.
⑺ Time-Limit for tender : 12 : 00 PM 27 February 2025
