Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KITAMURA Atsushi, Vice President, National Tax College. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 93, 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Consignment of conducting a training course "Data Utilizing Course" in 2025 fiscal year (Group 1, 2, 3) ⑷ Fulfillment period : Group 1 is From the date of conclusion of the Service contract through 31 July, 2025. Group 2 is From the date of conclusion of the Service contract through 31 July, 2025. Group 3 is From the date of conclusion of the Service contract through 20 June, 2025. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ① Group 1 and group 2 have Grade "A, B or C offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organization in Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to Ministry of Finance (Single Qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. Group 3 have Grade "A, B or C in manufacturing or selling" etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organization in Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to Ministry of Finance (Single Qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ② Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ③ Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑤ Be a person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 4 March, 2025. ⑻ Other : For details concerning this tender, refer to the tender explanation. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : SHINAGAWA Masaki Accounting Section, Management and Coordination Division, National Tax College, 3-7 Minami 2-Chome Wako-shi Saitama 351-0195 Japan, TEL 048-460-5001 ex. 2129
