⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Jun Maruyama, Chief of Fukui Prefectural Police Headquarters ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and Quantity of products to be purchased : Supply of electricity used by Fukui Prefectural Police School and Fukui Riot Police Unit, 1 set ⑷ Supply period : 1 April, 2025 to 31 March, 2026. ⑸ Place of Supply : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request from the National Police Agency. ⑤ Have obtained a license as a Wholesale Electricity Utility with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities industry Law. ⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑦ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government and is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time-limit of Tender : 16 : 00 28 February 2025 ⑻ Division in charge : Accounting Division, Second Section of Trustee, Fukui Prefectural Police Headquarters, 3-17-1 Ote, Fukui-city, Fukui 910-8515 Japan.
