⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 76
⑶ Printing of essay questions and answer sheets for the 2025 Certified Public Accountant Examination, preparation of answer sheets for scoring, provision of scoring support services, printing of completed answer sheets, 1 set.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, April 2025 through 28, November 2025
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender manual.
⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A or B in terms of the qualifications of manufacture of prod- ucts or offer of services in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. In addition, when concluding a contract, the applicant must have the same qualifications as those in the 2025, 2026, and 2027 Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency).
④ Not be suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed.
⑥ Submit a document of a system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request.
