⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ogata Eisaku, the warden of Tachikawa Detention House. ⑵ Classification of the product to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased : About 322,500㎥ of medium pressure gus to be used in Tachikawa Detention House. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by the official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order conserning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in the Kanto-Kousinetu area In "sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (the standardized qualification for every ministry and agency) for the fisical years of 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they become entitled to the qualification and the relevant grade and registered in the list of qualified bidders on or before 12 February 2025. ⑺ Time limit for the tender : 14 : 00, 12 February 2025 (tenders submitted by post : 13 : 00, 12 February 2025) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Noto Kinshirou, Supply Section, General Affairs Department, Tachikawa Detention House, 1156-11 Izumicho, Tachikawa-shi, Tokyo, 190-8552 Japan TEL : 042-540-4441 ext : 1304 |
