Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : URATA Hirokazu, Superintending Prosecutor of the Hiroshima High Public Prosecutors Office ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75, 78, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Facility maintenance and management services of Hiroshima Legal Affairs Government Complex etc 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Hiroshima Legal Affairs Government Complex 2-31 Kamihacchobori Naka-ku Hiroshima City ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in offer of service etc in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 5 March 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : DOI Keiko, Finance Division, Hiroshima High Public Prosecutors Office, 2-31 Kamihacchobori Naka-ku Hiroshima City 730-0012 Japan.
