Summay of notice	⑴ Deputy Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : GONDA Futoshi, Director of Kagoshima Local Finance Office, Kyusyu Local Finance Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and forecast quantity of the products to be required : Building-cleaning services, 1 set. ⑷ Contract term : From April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. ⑸ Workplace : Refer to the Tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : 1.Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. 2.Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. 3.Not those who are judged to be inappropriate as the other party to a contract on account of having violated any of the clauses of contract and illegal or unfair act previously made with an official in charge of any of the relevant local bureaus, or branch bureaus, or divisions, or offices. 4.A person who falls under all of the following ⒜ to ⒝. a)Have Grade B or C in "Provision of services (building management and maintenance)" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kyusyu・Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. b)Have the prefectural governor registration of The building environmental hygiene synthesis management work or Building cleaning business. 5.Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including Person specially qualified by Officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). 6.A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed. 7.Other requirements for participating in this tender refer to Tender documentation. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 15, February 13, 2025. ⑻ Other : For details concerning this tender refer to the Tender documentation. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : NAKASE Kunihiro, Special Staff Section for Common Building for Government Offices, Kagoshima Local Finance Office, Kyusyu Local Finance Bureau, 13-10 Yamashita-chou, Kagoshima City, Kagoshima Prefecture 892-0816, JAPAN.
