Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroshi Kikuchi Superintending Prosecutor of Nagoya High Public Prosecutors Office ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Total cleaning services of ⒜Nagoya common building of the Ministry of Justice and ⒝Research and Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice Nagoya Branch office ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2028 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the specification ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "Offer of service etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024, and have the qualification for participating in tenders in Tokai and Hokuriku regions. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for receipt of bid specifications : 17 : 00, 7 February 2025 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 19 February 2025 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Nobuaki Michiuchi, Erina Yamaguchi, Finance Division of Nagoya High Public Prosecutors Office 4-3-1 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya, 460-0001, Japan.
