Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kenji Hayashi, Director-General of Kumamoto District Legal Affairs Bureau.
⑵ Classification of the service to be procured : 75
⑶ Nature and quantity of services to be required : Institution management/administration duties trust in Goverment buildings that Kumamoto District Legal Affairs Bureau manages.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2028.
⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the specification.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "offer of service" in the Kyusyu and Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirement which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 15 7 February 2025.
