⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : High voltage Electricity used in the Hitachi River and National Highway Office jurisdiction.
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2028
⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation.
⑹ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system

⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B, C or D on "sale of product" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kanto Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑤ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly.
⑥ have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO and environmental impact.
⑧ The renewable energy power source allocation plan must meet the renewable energy ratio specified in the specifications.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 13 : 00 12 December, 2024
⑼ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 10 January, 2025
