Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shizunari Bouno, Director, General Affairs Department, National Hospital Organization Headquarters ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Multi-slice Computed Tomography System 6 sets ② Magnetic Resonance Imaging System 1 set ③ X-ray fluoroscope Radiography System 4 sets ④ X-ray generator System 16 sets ⑤ Mobile X-ray Surgical Imaging System 2 sets (including maintenance services) ⑷ Delivery period : as in the tender doc-umentation ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization, Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety, Japan Community Health care Organization and Japanese Red Cross Society 26 hospitals ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; B not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; C have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in all area ; D prove to have registered with the relevant authorities,in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ; E prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products ; F meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 23 December, 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Yoshinori Takiguchi, Chief Clerk, Supply Division, Department of Facilities Planning, National Hospital Organization Headquarters, 2-5-21 Higashigaoka Meguro-ku Tokyo 152-8621, Japan.
