⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Armored Car services for Cash(our 228 offices where tollbooths are located)
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day after the contract conclusion date through 31, March, 2028
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the specifications.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company"s regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have carried out at least 1-year contract after 1 April, 2017 including
Ⅰ Transportation services for Cash
Ⅱ Services to calculate Cash and remit it to the account
Ⅲ Services to set and operate a payment machine
Ⅳ Services to exchange and deliver Cash
③ Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.
・Copy of the commercial register
・The latest financial statements
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document that described company career
・Application forms and relevant documents for the qualification
・Certificate of business performance (Form 2) and a document that confirms the specifications of the deposit machine to be installed
④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification.
⑤ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M, December 13, 2024 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M, December 13, 2024)
⑻ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese.
