⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used in Hiroshima Government Building and the others 10 offices : the estimated electricity to be used for the year 3,677,444kWh
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026
⑸ Delivery place : As in the specification.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "sale of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤Meet the qualification requirements which the Oblingating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑥Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
