⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shuji Miyauchi, Chief of Contract Division Central Finance & Accounting Command ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14. ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Lease and maintenance of multifunction printer, 2 set. ⑷ Lease period : as in the tender documentation. ⑸ Lease place : as in the tender documentation. ⑹ Procedure for tender Suppliers shall submit the estimate of total sum excluding consumption tax. ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : eligible suppliers for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall. ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the necessary consent for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have higher than Grade C "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ are not being suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑻ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 on 10 December, 2024 in case of by mail, 10 : 00 11 December 2024 in cace of by hand. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Date, Contract Section, Central Finance & Accounting Command, 5-1 Ichigayahonmuracho Shinjuku-ku Tokyo 162-8802 Japan TEL 03-3268-3111 ex. 47570 |
