Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding
are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this
service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the ordering
party.
(1) Nature of the services to be procured:
(a) Construction and installation of the information system of the Gifu
Pref. Vocational Development School for Persons with Disabilities (the
"System").
(b) Lease of the equipment to maintain and operate the System.
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
(a) From the contract date through 28 February 2025
(b) From 1 March 2025 through 28 February 2030
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 11 October 2024 through 29
October 2024 (excluding weekends and national holidays).
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 11 November 2024
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 15 November 2024.
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 21 November 2024 at the large conference room of the Gifu
Pref. Employment & Work Support Center for Persons with Disabilities.
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. 20 November 2024.)
