Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Oda Susumu, Director of Employment Insurance Division, Employment Security Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenance due to COVID-19 leave support payments and subsidies system support of project management (FY2024), 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : March 31, 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Places designated by official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③ satisfy the Grade A on "offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024 ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑤ prove neither the business conditions credibility is deteriorating ⑥ For bidders subject to the following insurance system and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums of labor insurance and Welfare annuity insurance, Health insurance, Seamen"s insurance or National pension (2 insurance year for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid) ⑦ Do not go out of Ministry of Health labor and Welfare about duties during a period taking a nomination stop. ⑧ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for Tender : March 11, 2024. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hashiguchi Miku, Accounting Section, Employment Insurance Division, Employment Security Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, 2-2, Kasumigaseki 1-chome, Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo, 100-8916, Japan TEL 03-5253-1111 ex 5754
