Institute ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26 ⑶ Borrowing and maintenance of a set of core network equipment at the Civil Engineering Research Institute for Cold Regions (unit price contract) ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 August, 2024 through 31 July, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Civil Engineering Research Institute for Cold Region ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Public Works Research Institute Contract Code. ② have grade A, B or C in "Offer of services, etc" in the Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by all Ministries and Agencies in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 or the person who has received a determination of qualification and has received confirmination of the qualification to participate in the competition at the time of bid opening. ③ meet the requirements of specifications ④ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau.
