Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HAYASHI Kenji, Director-General of the Kagoshima District Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Kagoshima District Legal Affairs Bureau Billding and 6 Branch Bureau Government Offices. The estimated electricity for the year 635,000kWh. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2024 through 31 March, 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade "A or B sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kyusyu Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 17 January, 2024. ⑻ Contact Point for the notice : ARIMA Kazuhiro or SHIMOIDE Naoya, Accounting Division, Kagoshima District Legal Affairs Bureau, 1-2 Kamoikeshin-machi, Kagoshima-City 890-8518 Japan.
