Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : SAWAMURA Tomoko, the obligated officer, Director-General of the Secretariat, Nagoya High Court, 1-4-1 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi 460-8503, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 75 ⑶ Subject matter of the procurement contract : Cleaning of offices and any other related spaces and facilities in the courthouse of Nagoya High Court, Nagoya District Court, and other three courthouses ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 ⑸ Places for the contracted service : ①Nagoya High Court and Nagoya District Court, 1-4-1 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi ; ②Nagoya Family Court and Nagoya Summary Court, 1-7-1 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi ; ③Civil Enforcement Division of Nagoya District Court and Traffic Division of Nagoya Summary Court, 1-7-4 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi ; and ④Nagoya Summary Court Annex, 1-7-5 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A or B in Offering Service classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 and meet the qualification for participating in bids within Tokai-Hokuriku region ; ④be deemed that whose business condition or credit does not deteriorate extremely and be ensured the fair performance of the contract ; and ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice, or Aichi Prefectural Government at the time of the opening of bids ⑺ The time and place of application for the qualification of ⑹③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ⑻ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., January 25, 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : YAMAMURA Mayu, Office Service Section, Financial Division, Secretariat, Nagoya High Court, 1-4-1 Sannomaru, Naka-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi 460-8503, Japan, TEL 052-203-0156
