Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SHINOBU Takao, Director General of Kanto Regional Agricultural Administration Office ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease : Electronic copying machines (Including maintenance and delivery of consumer goods) 25 sets ⑷ Lease period : ①machinne : From 1 April, 2024 through 31 March, 2029 ②maintenanceetc : From 1 April, 2024 through 31 March, 2025 ⑸ Lease place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ in terms of qualification "Provision of services" at Kanto-Koshinetsu area for perticipating in tenders by Ministry of Aguriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services. ⑤ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑥ prove to have the ability to lease the products concerned by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be lease by a third party.
