Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : Fuminori Tanno, Director of Administration Department ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Managing leased servers and networking equipments, maintenance and operation support for business systems 1 set ⑷ Rent period : From 1, December, 2024 through 30, November, 2028 ⑸ Rent place : National Museum of Nature and Science ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender ① are not those who (A) don"t have the capacity to enter into a contract. (except for minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract) (B) went bankrupt and did not get reinstated. (C) are listed in each item of Article 32, paragraph ⑴ of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Act No.77 of 1991) (D) are under the period of suspension of trading instructed by National Museum of Nature and Science. ② are those who shall (E) have the Grade A or B qualification in "offer of services" in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency for the fiscal years of 2022, 2023 and 2024. (F) prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products. (G) have obtained ISO9001, ISO14001 and JIS Q27001 (ISO/IEC27001) or Privacy Mark System certification for the department in charge.
