Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Iwao Koyama in charge of Finance of Nagano Prefectural Police Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used in Nagano Prefectural Police School and Nagano Prefectural Police Headquarters Mobile Unit 1 set. ⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Taxes including the sales tax are subject to change if their calculation methods are changed due to the reasons including revision of tax rates. ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C of "Manufacturing" or "Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤Fulfill the requirment mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑥Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑦Not be the bussiness operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 January 19, 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Finance Division, Police Administration Department, Nagano Prefectural Police Headquarters, 692-2 Oaza Minaminagano, Aza Haba-shita, Nagano-Shi, Nagano-Ken 380-8510 Japan.
