Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MITSUI Yuichiro Director General of Akashi Kaikyo National Government Park Office, Kinki Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured or delivered : Electricity to use in the building Akashi Kaikyo National Government Park Office Jurisdiction Electricity contract 336kW Estimated electricity in delivery period 810,510kWh ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2024 through 31 March, 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A, B or C on "sale of product" in Kinki Area, in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ④ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO and environmental impact. ⑤ The renewable energy power source allocation plan must meet the renewable energy ratio specified in the specifications. ⑥ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Tender Opening. ⑦ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ⑧ acquire the electric certification in case of using the Electric Tendering system https://www.geps.go.jp/ ⑨ The person who obtained the tender manual from official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity directly. ⑩ not be the person that a gangster influence management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 12 : 00 8 December, 2023 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 23 January, 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : AKAMATSU Tomoyuki General Manager, Akashi Kaikyo National Government Park Office, Kinki Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism kobe Regional Government Office, 7F, 29, Kaigan-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo-Ken, 650-0024, Japan TEL 078-392-2992 ex. 211
