Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of expenditure of the procuring entity : SOMEYA Takenobu, the obligated officer, Director-General of Financial Bureau, General Secretariat, Supreme Court, 4-2 Hayabusa-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8651, Japan ⑵ Classification of the procurement : 76 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be contracted : Audio typing, 1 contract ⑷ Period for the performance of the contracted service : From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 ⑸ Places for the contracted service : As shown in the explanatory paper for the bid ⑹ Qualification for participating in the bidding procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed bid are those who shall : ①not apply to Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing, and Accounting (however, minors, persons under curatorship, or persons under assis- tance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable to the status of special reasons within the said article) ; ②not apply to Article 71 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ; ③have Grade A, B, C or D in Offer of services etc. classification in terms of the qualification for participating in bids required by the Supreme Court (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; besides, those who have Grade B, C or D in the said classification need to be able to prove the record of experience of supplying equivalent to the case of this bid notice ; ④The time and place of application for the qualification of ③ shall be in the manner of application for single qualification for every ministry and agency ; ⑤have not received suspension of designated contractor status from the Supreme Court at the time of the opening of bids ; and ⑥meet the qualification requirement which the obligated officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the above-mentioned Cabinet Order ⑺ Time-limit for bid : 5 : 00 p.m., February 1, 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Hiki, Procurement Section, Supplies Division, Financial Bureau, General Secretariat, Supreme Court, 4-2 Hayabusa-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8651, Japan, TEL 03-3264-5864
