Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ITO Masato, Director of the Coordination Division, Moji Customs. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Supply of Electric power used at 5 office buildings in Kobe Customs Jurisdiction and 3 office buildings in Moji Customs Jurisdiction. Mizushima Container Inspection Center ① Contract Demand 96kW ② The estimated electricity 202,613kWh (4 Other Office Buildings) Shimonoseki Port joint government building ① Contract Demand 145kW ② The estimated electricity 311,298kWh (2 Other Office Buildings) ⑷ Period of service : From 1, April, 2024 through 31, March, 2025 ⑸ Place of service : As in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade "｢A｣, ｢B｣, or ｢C｣ in Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by organizations in Chugoku area related to the Ministry of Finance in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 (single qualification for every ministry and agency). ④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑤ A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed. ⑥ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2, of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 15 PM, 5, January, 2024. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : BABA Shunsuke, Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Moji Customs, 1-3-10 Nishi-kaigan, Mojiku, Kitakyushucity, 801-8511 Japan, TEL 050-3530-8323.
