Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kinya Ootsu, Director, President, National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 78 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : The Collection, transportation and incineration of animal carcase and waste 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Constract for National Celebral and Cardiovascular Center ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "offer of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ; ④ prove to have obtained a license in accordance with waste disposal public cleaning law, to initiate the general waste collection and transport ; ⑤ meet content specified in the tender documentation ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M.
