⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yasuo Ota, Director, National Hospital Organization Higashisaitama National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity of public office building (6,000V) contract : 4,120,152kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Higashisaiama National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; ④ have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, December 1, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kiwamu Otubo, Director, Accounting Division, National Hospital Organization Higashisaitama National Hospital, 4147 Kurohama Hasuda-shi Saitama-ken 349-0196, Japan.
